Knowledge of Nihongo NOT a pre-requisite but certainly an edge. As long you have the sheer eloquence and ability to impart your expertise in the English language, a high level of resilience and cultural sensitivity, the patience of a pre-school teacher and the mindset of a Zen monk combined, a laudable work ethic plus a REALLY decent Internet connection, WE WANT YOU!
Baseline Requirements:
1) Must be 18yrs of age and a resident of the Philippines
2) Not connected/active to other ESL schools
3) With minimum of 1 year Teaching Experience (Online or Offline) is an advantage
4) Available to teach peak hours Weekdays (500-900; 2000-000 Japan Time) and on Weekends(anytime). If teacher wants to increase hours, may add non-peak sched.
5) Have good command of the English Language
6) Atleast 2mbps DSL/Wired Internet connection(no USB,broadband, pocket wifi)
